Entrepreneurs’ Achilles Heels

An Achilles’ heel is a fatal weakness in spite of overall strength, actually or potentially leading to downfall.

Most entrepreneurs (especially first timers) lack sufficient skepticism. They believe so fervently in their business ideas that they fail to prepare for the difficulties that they will confront.

The most ‘prepared’ entrepreneurs are those who use their own doubts and the skepticism of others to build their ladder to success.  They don’t dismiss the issues posed, they find solutions for them.

Successful entrepreneurs learn to cultivate their “inner skeptic.”
